Saturday, September 27, 2025 | Transform Your Yoga Practice: A LYT Yoga Intensive with Lara Heimann
Enhance your yoga teaching and practice through a physical therapy lens. Move beyond outdated cues and adopt functional anatomy wisdom which promotes movement accessibility. Discover biomechanical insights that will elevate your practice and teaching, making them more effective, sustainable and relatable. This is a fresh and smart perspective that just makes sense and is fun!
Module 1: Core and Spine (10 a.m. - 12 p.m.)- Dive deep into the center of the body- the core and spine- and learn how to better support your movement for more freedom and fun!
Lunch Break 2 - 4 p.m.
Module 2: Hips and Shoulders (2 - 4 p.m.) - These ball and socket joints give us amazing mobility but are often strained when yoga poses are performed without preparation or functional integrity. You will gain an enhanced understanding of how to practice with stability and mobility to practice well for today and decades to come!
